Biography
Zuzanna Radzik is Vice President of the Forum for Dialogue, non-profit organization committed to Polish/Jewish dialogue. Graduate of Catholic theology in Warsaw and religious studies in Jerusalem, she is an expert in Polish/Jewish relations and Christian/Jewish dialogue. She is also active as a journalist, public speaker and published two books about Catholic feminism. She lives in Brussels.

Forum for Dialogue is Poland's largest and oldest non-profit organization dedicated to inspiring new connections between contemporary Poland and the Jewish people. We build and connect networks of people who care about dialogue. In Poland we build and support a network (currently 100 people and growing) of local activists and teachers who are active in preserving and commemorating local Jewish heritage, challenging anti-semitism, reconnecting with descendants of former Jewish neighbors. We offer them a community and platform for exchange of knowledge, development and personal growth as well as grants, seminars and other practical help in their endeavors. We also reach out to Jewish communities abroad to build new connections and strengthen mutual understanding of a shared Polish/Jewish history.

Biography
Head of Unit in charge of democracy and European values in the European Commission's Directorate General for Research and Innovation. Her unit contributes to defining evidence-based innovative solutions on a range of issues, incl. for promoting trust in governance, the future of democracy, civil security, and countering polarisation and disinformation. Her unit also promotes gender equality and diversity in research and innovation policy, and supports citizens' engagement in R&I policy making. She has over 25 years of experience in different European, international and national organisations, dealing mainly with innovation policy, SME competitiveness, digital economy, and gender equality.
